Five-star guard DJ Steward is one of the top prospects in the nation, and is currently making the rounds on his official visits. But one school has separated itself from the pack as far as potential destinations go.

According to Devil's Den, Duke has become the top pick to get Steward's commitment. He just finished his visit to Duke this past weekend, and the Blue Devils are now the unanimous choice to land him.

247Sports rates Steward as the No. 26 overall prospect in the country. He is the No. 6 combo guard in the nation, and the No. 1 recruit from the state of Illinois.

Back in August, he revealed his top eight. Duke headlined the list along with DePaul, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa State, Louisville, North Carolina and Texas.

So far his official visits have been to Duke and Texas.

So far Duke has secured commitments from two five-stars: Forward Jalen Johnson, and guard Jeremy Roach. There's no doubt he'd be a valuable addition to Coach K's Class of 2020.

There is still a lot of time left for teams to make their pitches to Steward though. He is scheduled for an official visit to Louisville next.

Will DJ Steward be a Blue Devil next year?
