2020 five-star Ziaire Williams is one of the top basketball recruits in the country playing at one of the top basketball high schools in the country. But he recently reduced the number of schools on his list and has given Duke fans reason to dream.

According to Rivals, Duke made the final cut in Williams' recent top seven list. The Blue Devils join a star-studded list of Power Five schools that includes UNC, Arizona, Oregon, Stanford, UCLA and USC.

"...the Tar Heels and the Cardinal have separated themselves from the pack. He visited each last winter and could return in the coming months. UCLA has picked up ground, and so has Duke, which just offered last month..."

247Sports rates Williams as the No. 7 overall prospect in the country. He is the No. 3 small forward in the nation, and the No. 4 prospect from the state of California.

Nevertheless, Duke has a lot of work to do to convince him to join. 247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions currently have ACC rival UNC and Pac-12 giant Stanford as the co-favorites to land Williams.

Fortunately for Duke, Coach K has some experience recruiting out of Williams' high school, Sierra Canyon.

On top of landing such recent Sierra Canyon stars as Cassius Stanley and Marvin Bagley, it's the current school of LeBron "Bronny" James Jr. - a top target for the Blue Devils in 2023.

Could Coach K work some more of his recruiting magic and bring Ziaire Williams into the fold in 2020?
