After winning the ACC Tournament upon the return of Player of the Year Zion Williamson, Duke is the No. 1 team in the 2019 NCAA Tournament. The Blue Devils will face the winner of the 16-seed play-in between North Carolina Central and North Dakota State.

Duke finished with a 29-5 record and a 14-4 mark in the ACC. The Blue Devils, after the return of star Zion Williamson, knocked off Syracuse, North Carolina and Florida State in succession to take home the ACC title. The Blue Devils only lost a handful of games all year – and all of them to NCAA Tournament teams. Duke lost to Gonzaga, Syracuse, North Carolina twice and Virginia Tech.

LeVelle Moton knows how to get his alma mater North Carolina Central into the NCAA Tournament. The Eagles return for a third straight season, after winning the MEAC for the third year in a row, and fourth time since 2014. They are still looking for their first NCAA Tournament win at the Division I level, sitting at 0-3 all-time in the Big Dance. NC Central sits at 18-15, and finished third in the MEAC regular season standings, but ran threw Delaware State, NC A&T and Norfolk State to clinch the conference tournament automatic bid. Big man Raasean Davis is the one to watch for the Eagles, leading the team with 14.6 points and 8.9 rebounds per game, and hitting at a 64.5-percent clip from the floor.

North Dakota State will represent the Summit League in this year's Big Dance. The 18-15 Bison finished 9-7 in league play during the season before running through the conference tournament, beating Omaha in the Summit League title game. Vinnie Shaid led NDSU with 22 points in the win.

Prediction: Duke is an absolute behemoth with Zion Williamson back. At full strength, only Gonzaga has knocked off Coach K's team.

Whomever takes home the 16-seed play-in game is going to be seriously outclassed. A Duke/NC Central game would be fun as both schools are in Durham, but don't expect either potential match-up should be a blowout.

Duke wins big.
