Duke's Brandon Ingram Declares For NBA Draft Via Players' Tribune

Duke freshman Brandon Ingram, one of the most talented freshmen in college basketball, is headed to the NBA. Ingram announced the news via The Players' Tribune Monday morning, thanking the Blue Devils' coaching staff and the team's fans in a heartfelt note. Ingram is widely expected to be taken as one of the first few picks in this April's draft.

Ingram, in his one season in Durham, averaged 17.3 points per game and 6.8 rebounds per contest. He helped lead Duke to the Sweet 16. Mike Krzyzewski released a statement on the star player in response to the news.
