Grayson Allen Will Return To Duke For Junior Season

The Duke Blue Devils are the early favorite to take home the 2017 National Championship, and one of the team's best 2016 players and a hero of the 2015 title game will be there to lead them. Duke announced that guard Grayson Allen will return to Durham for his junior season.

The announcement appropriately comes on the one-year anniversary of Duke's 2015 national title. Allen, a reserve for most of the season, broke out with a huge 16 point performance in 21 minutes against Wisconsin.

Allen returns to lead a stellar group of incoming freshmen, featuring blue chippers Harry Giles, Frank Jackson, and Jayson Tatum.
