Duke doesn't know its Sweet Sixteen opponent yet. It does, however, know when it will be playing.

Yesterday's 89-67 rout of Rhode Island gave Duke its seventh Sweet Sixteen appearance in the 10 years. The Blue Devils have won each of their first two NCAA Tournament games by 20-plus points.

Duke's next opponent will be either No. 3 seed Michigan State or No. 11 seed Syracuse. That game will be tipping off shortly in Detroit.

While the Blue Devils have to wait a couple of hours to see who they will be playing in the Sweet Sixteen in Omaha, they already know when the game will be.

Duke's next game is on Friday night.

The time for this one hasn't been set yet. If it is Duke-Michigan State, that might be the game of the tournament, meaning it could be pushed into the late spot on Friday.

That would make for a tip time of approximately 10 p.m. ET, unless Kansas gets the late slot because they are the No. 1 seed and will be virtually playing a home game in Omaha.

We will update you later today with the time and opponent for Duke. For now, Blue Devils fans, just make sure you have your Friday night clear.
