Marvin Bagley III Appears To Fire Back At ESPN Analyst

On Monday night, Virginia Tech upset Duke by a final score of 64-63 on its home court. There were several storylines throughout the night, including Hokies head coach Buzz Williams yelling at fans about "cussin" during the game.

Grayson Allen also became another talking point as he made a few questionable plays. However, what we're left talking about is Duke star Marvin Bagley III.

Dan Dakich was the color analyst during the game, and called out Bagley for his play. Widely regarded as one of the best players in the country, although he's just a freshman, Dakich accused Bagley of being selfish.

"You hate to say that about a kid, but he's all about himself," Dakich said during the broadcast. On Tuesday afternoon, Marvin Bagley tweeted about those criticizing him on national TV. Those comments appear to have been directed at Dakich.

Bagley is averaging 20.7 points and 11.1 rebounds per game during his freshman season. Dakich loves being the broadcaster everyone loves to have, so it makes sense he's going after one of the best players in the country.

Now, he did make a solid point in calling out Bagley for his poor defense, which is true. Bagley is an offensive powerhouse, but struggles on the other side of the ball.
