Duke bounced back from its loss to Gonzaga with a 90-69 thumping of Indiana at home last night. It was business as usual for the Blue Devils.

Duke's foursome of star freshmen--R.J. Barrett, Zion Williamson, Tre Jones and Cam Reddish--combined for 75 of the team's 90 points. Thus far, they have been as advertised, despite losing to the Bulldogs in Maui last week.

After the game, Mike Krzyzewski had a message for fans who might be tempted to let the hype around his stars get out of hand.

"Let's get real about this whole thing," Krzyzewski said. "Let's not get spoiled. We've got four 19-year-old kids that are busting their ass trying to learn how to play and have a lot of pressure on them."

Barrett took some criticism for his decisions to go one-on-one at the end of the Gonzaga loss. Krzyzewski came to his defense last night.

"And Duke fans, just cut it out, man," Krzyzewski said. "These kids aren't perfect. My kid [Barrett] wasn't playing hero's ball. He was playing winner's ball.

"I'll go to war with my guys. He had the heart to do that, Jack [White] had the heart to get the rebound. We lose, I'll lose with them."

Overall, as talented as Duke's youngsters are, they are still showing occasional signs of being typical college freshmen. It's going to be a bumpy ride for fans at times, but it will be a lot of fun.
