Report: Duke Stud 2016 QB Commit Chazz Surratt Is Decommitting, Flipping To North Carolina

Chazz Surratt, a three-star dual-threat quarterback in the 2016 class, is decommitting from Duke. 

The 6-foot-3, 210-pound prospect is ready to commit to another school, too. It's a school Blue Devils' fans aren't too fond of. 

According to 247 Sports' Adam Rowe, Surratt is decommitting from Duke and committing to North Carolina.

According to sources, three-Star 2016 QB Chazz Surratt is decommitting from Duke and will be committing to North Carolina. Despite his verbal commitment to the Blue Devils in April, the Tar Heels continued to recruit Surratt.

Surratt is ranked the No. 11 dual-threat QB in the 2016 class by 247 Sports' Composite Rankings.
