Tony Bennett Won't Let His Wife Ask About The Duke Game Next Weekend

Virginia basketball is having yet another fantastic season under Tony Bennett.

The Cavaliers have rebounded from last year's embarrassing first-round loss to No. 16 seed UMBC, and are looking at another potential No. 1 seed in March.

UVA is 19-1, with the single loss coming at Duke.

Bennett's team outlast NC State last night, winning 66-65 in Raleigh, outscoring the Wolfpack by one in overtime.

The Duke rematch in Charlottesville comes next weekend, on Saturday, February 9.

It would be natural to look ahead, past a game with a Miami team treading water, but no one at Virginia is allowed to do so, not even Bennett's wife Laurel.

Tony Bennett's wife took to Twitter to (jokingly, I assume) ask about tickets to the Duke game.

When asked why she has to ask around, she revealed that her husband won't discuss any game but the next one.

Virginia host Miami on Saturday afternoon, and sorry Canes fans, the No. 3 Hoos won't be looking ahead to the following weekend if Bennett has anything to say about it.
