Duke sent another statement to the rest of the country this past weekend with its road victory over Virginia. The Blue Devils are still undefeated in away games during ACC play.

Although RJ Barrett was outstanding with 26 points against the Cavaliers, his comments after the game stole all the headlines. When explaining the Blue Devils' mentality on the road, the freshman phenom said "That's why we wear black, because it's their funeral."

Well, the trend of Duke wearing its black jerseys away from Cameron Indoor Stadium will come to an end tonight against Louisville.

It appears the Cardinals are encouraging a blackout at the KFC Yum! Center, which means fans will also wear black for this epic showdown of ranked opponents.

There is no telling if Louisville planned this event prior to Barrett's comments or if it transpired over the past few days.

From Duke Basketball Report:

Well they won’t be wearing black Tuesday night: Louisville is going to take the funereal color away from the Blue Devils and wear it themselves.

Duke will (most likely) wear home whites

The Blue Devils will try to extend their seven-game winning streak, while the Cardinals look to get back on the right track following their overtime loss to the Florida State Seminoles.

ESPN will broadcast this ACC showdown.
