Accuser's Attorney: "Neither Jameis Winston Nor His Lawyer Can Stop What Is Coming"

Tuesday afternoon, Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston will face a code of conduct hearing relating to the alleged sexual assault of a fellow student back in December of 2012. Should Winston be found in violation of the school's code of conduct, he could face probation, suspension or expulsion from the university. Winston has never been charged criminally as a result of the incident.

Tuesday morning, the accuser's attorney, John Clune, issued a very strong statement ahead of the hearing. It's short, but to the point.
