Dalvin Cook is already Minnesota's starting running back.
Many believe that Dalvin Cook, not Leonard Fournette, will be the best running back in the 2017 NFL Draft class - despite the fact that he was a second round pick. It looks like he's going to have plenty of opportunity to prove himself.
Cook, on Monday, was named Minnesota's starting running back on its first "unofficial" depth chart. He's listed ahead of Jerick McKinnon, Bishop Sankey and Terrell Newby.
Cook was the 41st overall pick in this past year's NFL Draft. In his last season at Florida State, he rushed for an astounding 1,765 yards and 19 touchdowns.
