Florida State Basketball Player Outlines Why Jameis Winston Had To Steal The Crab Legs

According to reports, Florida State's Heisman trophy winning quarterback Jameis Winston was cited Tuesday evening for allegedly stealing crab legs from Publix, an upscale grocery store in Tallahassee. According to one Seminole athlete, though, Winston wouldn't have stolen the food if not for the NCAA's rules.
