Florida State Freshman Defensive End Josh Sweat, Coming Off ACL Tear, Confirmed For Opener

Before tearing his ACL and dislocating his knee last September, defensive end Josh Sweat was one of the top recruits in all of high school football. Miraculously, Sweat, who is now a freshman at Florida State, is 100-percent ready to roll, less than a year after that catastrophic injury, and will play in the season opener against Texas State.

When he signed, Florida State probably didn't know if Sweat would play in 2015. Instead, he may prove to be a key player for the 2015 Seminoles.
