Here's what Winston had to say about his former coach.

The reactions were mixed after news broke today that Jimbo Fisher had resigned from his job at FSU to accept the head coaching position at Texas A&M. It was a messy break-up that seemed to drag out over the last week, and while the coaching change seemed inevitable given Fisher's relationship with FSU administrators, it was still a minor shock to see it all play out.

With that said, at least one person was happy for Fisher: his former QB, Jameis Winston. Winston posted a congratulatory message on Instagram this evening with a picture of the two celebrating their 2014 national championship win.

Winston played for the Seminoles from 2012-2014, and was selected No. 1 overall in the 2015 NFL Draft.
