Former FSU WR Kelvin Benjamin Urging Fans To Vote Jameis Winston For NFL Rookie Of The Year

After an electric rookie season, former Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston is a finalist for Pepsi's NFL Rookie of the Year award.

Winston threw for 4,042 yards and 22 touchdowns--setting franchise records for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers--during his rookie campaign. The former Seminole was electric, only adding to the excitement for the 2016-17 season. His performance led to more than just Tampa Bay fans campaigning for the former Heisman Trophy winner.

Tuesday afternoon, one of those people was Winston's former teammate, Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin, who took to Instagram to urge fans to vote for the Bucs' quarterback.

It's cool to see Benjamin publicly support a NFC South foe.
