FSU's Malik Beasley Announces Decision To Enter 2016 NBA Draft

Florida State will bid farewell to a one-and-done for the first time in Seminoles basketball history.

Late Monday night, freshman phenom Malik Beasley announced his decision to enter the draft via Twitter. After averaging 15.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists during his first season in Tallahassee, he now sets his sights on the 2016 NBA Draft.

While declaring for the NBA Draft does not guarantee he won't be coming back for his sophomore season, FSU fans should not expect him back on the court next year. According to nbadraft.net, Beasley is projected as the No. 17 overall pick in the draft to the Boston Celtics.
