Earlier: Here come the shellfish jokes. Jameis Winston, Florida State's Heisman-winning quarterback, was issued a citation last night for attempting to shoplift crab legs from a Tallahassee Publix, according to the guys over at Tomahawk Nation. Oddly enough, this might not be his first run-in with the law in a food establishment - he allegedly got involved in a BB gun battle and stole soda in ketchup cups in a Burger King in 2012.

Winston led the Seminoles to the BCS National Championship last year, throwing for over 4,000 yards and 40 touchdowns on the season. We'll keep you updated here.
