Texas A&M's Senior Associate AD Calls Out Florida State For Use Of "12th Man" In Ad
For those unaware, which may include the marketing team over at Florida State, Texas A&M owns the trademark on the term "12 Man", a reference to the fans at a football game being the extra push that inspires a team to win. Yesterday, after it was made public that the Seminoles used an advertisement with the term on the back of an FSU jersey, Texas A&M's senior associated AD Jason Cook called out the school.
He also hashtagged the word #Trademarked.

We'll see what Florida State wants to do here - Texas A&M is very diligent about making sure other schools don't use its trademark.
