The Clemson Tigers and several other top programs have been making their pitch toward Tyler Davis, who is considered one of the top defensive tackles in the 2019 class. Well, the wait to find out when he’ll make his decision is almost over.
Davis is down to Clemson and Florida State for his final list, as he is currently ranked as the No. 12 defensive tackle in his class, per 247Sports. After waiting quite some time to think it over, he posted on Twitter when he’ll announce his commitment.
He will make his decision Dec. 19 from his high school.
I will be committing on Dec.19 at Wekiva Highschool at 8:15 am

Clemson currently has 24 commitments and is trying to add even more future talent before the early signing period comes to an end. Regardless, the Tigers have the top recruiting class in the conference, according to 247Sports.
Winning the sweepstakes for Davis would certainly help Dabo Swinney reload his defensive line, which will probably lose several star players to the NFL.
Although the focus in Clemson is on the College Football Playoff, the coaching staff will most likely mark their calendars for next Wednesday in the hope that Davis commits to the Tigers.
