SEC Network play-by-play man Brent Musburger poked fun at Louisville head coach Bobby Petrino on Saturday night.
Bobby Petrino, who is currently the head coach at Louisville, has the Cardinals off to a solid start after a thrashing of Charlotte on Thursday night. ESPN's Brent Musburger found an interesting way to compliment during his call of the Clemson vs. Auburn game on Saturday night.
Musburger, seemingly out of nowhere, reminded fans that when Petrino is "off his motorcycle", he's a great coach. Of course, that's a reference to the adultery scandal that ultimately cost Petrino his job at Arkansas back in 2012.
We're not sure the shot was warranted, but it is amusing. Regardless, it seems like Petrino is in a much better place in his life at the moment.
