Former Louisville basketball player Chane Behanan has had a tumultuous time since being dismissed from the program last December. He was set to transfer to Colorado State, but instead took a shot at the NBA draft, and went undrafted. However, as anyone that follows his Twitter or Instagram accounts can tell you, Behanan still has faith that he will carve out a basketball career, and apparently owes a lot of his drive to another high profile person at Louisville.
No, it isn't Rick Pitino, or one of his former Cards teammates. Instead, Behanan credits former Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, who he says helped drive him to "pursue his dreams."
Basketball may still be king at U of L, but clearly Bridgewater's impact was far reaching.
