Father Of 4-Star WR "Glad As Hell" His Son Isn't Going To Nebraska

Dez Fitzpatrick, a four-star wide receiver in the 2016 class, announced his college decision in a Bleacher Report video on Monday. He will be attending Louisville.

The 6-foot-2, 189-pound recruit out of Michigan chose the Cardinals over Nebraska, among other programs.

As is the case with seemingly every recruiting announcement, some fans of the program that didn't get picked reacted inappropriately. Huskers' fans tweeted some not-so-nice things at Fitzpatrick after he made his decision. This upset the recruit's father, who posted on Facebook that he's "glad as hell" his son isn't going to "that state."

No one is condoning how those Nebraska fans acted, but every college football program has those fans. If Fitzpatrick had picked the Huskers, some Louisville fans would surely have reacted similarly.
