A group of Kentucky alumni is playing in this summer’s edition of The Basketball Tournament, a $2 million competition featuring a number of teams comprised of former college basketball stars. A number of Wildcat alumni were already members of the “Bluegrass Boys” roster, including Derek Anderson, Shagari Alleyne, and Marquis Teague. Today, the team crossed some significant rivalry lines to add a talented frontcourt player: former Louisville star Chane Behanan.
Naturally, the team’s Twitter feed doesn’t mention the Cardinals, but rather, Behanan’s hometown of Bowling Green.

The Bluegrass Boys currently have the second-most fan votes in the Midwest Region, behind Kansas State alumni club “Purple and Black.” We’re really interested to see what Kentucky—and Louisville—fans think about this new player.
