DeVante Parker could be the top target in Miami this season.
The Miami Dolphins drafted DeVante Parker with the No. 14 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft.
After getting injured before his senior season, Parker missed the first half of the season. However, in Louisville's final six games, he racked up over 140 yards per game en route to a dominant second half of the season.
Parker has battled through injuries in his short NFL career this far as well, but he might be turning the corner.
New Miami quarterback Jay Cutler had high praise for the former Louisville star.
During the Dolphins' preseason game on Thursday night, Cutler found Parker across the middle for a 14-yard gain.
A Cutler-Parker pairing looks like it could work wonders for Miami this season.
