The Onuaku family can do a lot of things well on a basketball court. Shooting free throws isn't one of them. Arinze Onuaku, now a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves, shot .395 from the stripe during his Syracuse career. His brother Chinanu, a rising sophomore at Louisville, isn't much better; he shot .467 as a freshman. The younger Onuaku is making a pretty big change to attempt to fix his free throw woes: he's now shooting them "granny style," like NBA Hall of Famer Rick Berry, who knocked down 90-percent of his free throws during his NBA career. Onuaku debuted this change at the FIBA World Championships, where he is participating as a member of the USA U19 team.

Why yes, we do hope he sticks with this style for the rest of his career. The world needs more high-profile "granny style" free throw shooters.
