Louisville, Kentucky Top Ken Pomeroy's Preseason Top 10 For 2016-17 College Basketball Season

The 2016-17 college basketball season could be one dominated by the Bluegrass State. 

Ken Pomeroy, the college basketball guru who relies on a computer model to make predictions, has released his first preseason top 10 for next season. 

It's topped by two teams from the same state: Louisville and Kentucky.
