Photo: Louisville Will Wear These Alternate 'Showtime' Jerseys Against Florida State

Louisville football players are no strangers to wearing special jerseys for big games. Take for example this year's season opener against Miami (FL), when the squad wore special all-black uniforms. Today, the team unveiled the jerseys it will wear for its showdown at home against top-ranked Florida State on Oct. 30, and they're interesting.

The alternate unis are called Showtime TECHFIT uniforms. The special kits feature grey jerseys with a special design, red and black numbers, and a stylized "L" on the shoulders. The helmets are grey and black camouflage with a red Cardinals logo on the side, the pants are grey with a Cardinals logo on the left thigh, and the cleats are grey and black camo with red laces.

Here are some pictures of the jerseys, courtesy of ESPN's Darren Rovell:

These are certainly some of the most unique alternate unis that we've seen this year. What do you think about Louisville's special kits?
