That’ll look nice next to his 2013 National Championship trophy and ring.
Prior to taking the lead position with the Cardinals basketball team in 2001, Pitino coached at three schools on the collegiate level — Boston University, Providence College and the University of Kentucky. He is considered to be one of the best basketball coaches in the country, earning two national championships in his career. This honor is definitely deserved – even Kentucky thinks so. Congrats, coach.
