Photos: Louisville Baseball Wearing 'Ali' Patches On Caps For Today's Super Regional Game
This weekend, legendary boxer Muhammad Ali will be laid to rest in his hometown of Louisville. It is a huge event for the city, and the 22,000-capacity KFC Yum! Center has already sold out tickets for Friday afternoon's memorial service.
Louisville athletics is also active this weekend, with Cardinals baseball hosting UC Santa Barbara for the NCAA Baseball Super Regional. During the games, and we assume the rest of the tournament, the Cards will be wearing an 'ALI' patch on the side of their caps.
