Photos/Videos: Teddy Bridgewater Took A Louisville High School Student To Her Prom
We're going to go out on a limb and assume that no student in the Louisville area had a cooler prom date than Christian Academy of Louisvile junior Ashley Davis. Davis was surprised on Friday when former U of L star and current Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater showed up to take her to the dance. Naturally, there were plenty of photos and videos taken.

Why'd Bridgewater do this? Because "it was a good thing to do."
“I felt that it was the right thing to do. It was a good thing to do. It kind of touched me when I first met her. How she kind of teared up and everything. It just showed that I made an impact here on the playing field on and off the playing field. Ashley ... She is just a great girl and I am going to make sure she has a great time tonight,” he said.
He hasn't been a Card for a few years now, but the city of Louisville still loved Teddy Bridgewater, and it is easy to see why.
