Report: Louisville, Auburn To Play in 2015 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game

While the 2013 college football season is just getting underway, programs are always looking to the future. Today, it was announced that the 2015 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game will feature the Louisville Cardinals and Auburn Tigers. The Chick-fil-A game looks to be one of the premiere opening weekend events each season.

Louisville's 2015 non-conference schedule now includes Auburn and Kentucky, while Auburn's will play Louisville, Jacksonville State, Idaho, and San Jose State. Both teams do not have a complete schedule for the 2015 season yet.

The only previous matchup between the two was in 1974, when Auburn beat Louisville 16-3.

This weekend's Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game features Alabama and Virginia Tech.
