In case you were hankering for a potential Rick Pitino tell-all book, have no fear. It sounds like one is on the way.

Pitino, who was let go at Louisville in the middle of an ongoing NCAA investigation, announced today that he has a new book coming out. It will apparently be released in the fall.

Pitino told WHAS' Terry Meiners that the book will chronicle his entire career but go into "great depth" about his final few years at Louisville.

There are certainly some interesting topics Pitino could address in his book.

If you wanted to hear Pitino addressing pay-to-play allegations and the Katina Powell sex scandal, it stands to reason he will talk about them.

At the very least, there should be some entertaining anecdotes in this upcoming memoir. We're looking forward to seeing what is in there.

We'll update you with more details on Pitino's book when they are released.
