Louisville beat out some other big programs to land three-star cornerback Telly Plummer, who announced his commitment today.
Plummer, a Georgia native, is the No. 945 player in the class of 2018 per 247Sports.
The site ranks him No. 84 among cornerbacks and No. 95 in Georgia.
He is the third cornerback to join Louisville's 2018 class.
Plummer took to Twitter to make his announcement this afternoon.

"I first off want to thank god for putting me in the position I am in today. I want to thank my parents for pushing me to be the best person/athlete I can be. I want to thank coach Cannon and coach Boone for demanding excellence out of me. I also want to thank Ms. Golston for helping along the process. I would like to thank all of the schools that have offered me and gave me the opportunity to represent their program. Plummer had previously announced a top five featuring Louisville, as well as Georgia Tech, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, and Penn State. He also holds offers from Kansas, Maryland, Pitt, Virginia Tech, and others.
Louisville's class currently ranks 10th in the ACC and 44th in the country.
