What a moment in Minnesota.
The Minnesota Vikings are blowing out the Cincinnati Bengals 34-0 in the fourth quarter.
With the outcome of the game long-decided, it was time for the emotional return of Teddy Bridgewater to live NFL action.
Bridgewater last played in the team’s Wild Card loss to the Seattle Seahawks in January 2016. He suffered a gruesome leg injury in training camp that summer, which almost cost him the limb and left his career in serious doubt.
Bridgewater has defied the odds to make it all the way back, and he was rewarded with a deafening ovation from fans and teammates.
Tremendous ovation for @teddyb_h2o. Welcome back! 🐻#Skol pic.twitter.com/jLIM6HSc3y

The crowd was so loud, Bridgewater had to cover his ears to hear the play call.
Bridgewater’s first pass attempt was an interception, but who cares? The fact he’s back in uniform and playing is amazing.
