Hialeah (Fla.) Miami Carol City four-star wide receiver Marc Britt, who committed to Miami back in December 2017, has decommitted from the Hurricanes.
Britt announced the news tonight on Twitter. His decommitment comes a little over a year after he originally committed to the ‘Canes on December 8, 2017.
Britt visited Miami multiple times throughout the fall, but still elected to open things up tonight.
“But after talking it up with my parents, I have decided to decommit from the University of Miami and reopen my recruitment,” he wrote.

Britt is the No. 10 player in the state of Florida and the 83rd-ranked player nationally in the 2020 class according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.
He also holds offers from Alabama, Florida, Louisville, Nebraska, Penn State, Purdue and others.
Even with Britt’s decision, Miami still has a top-five 2020 recruiting class, as of now. You can view the full 2020 team recruiting rankings here.
