Miami quarterback Brad Kaaya is down a molar after a vicious hit by a Florida State defender.
In the third quarter of Saturday night's game between Miami and Florida State, Seminoles linebacker Matthew Thomas was ejected for targeting after hitting Hurricanes quarterback Brad Kaaya. It turns out he caused some long-term damage as well.
Kaaya, according to reports, lost one of his molars on the play. He picked it up off the field and brought it over to the sideline.
Florida State currently leads 20-13 in the fourth quarter. A come-from-behind win would certainly help Kaaya get over the tooth pain.
