Miami Coach Mark Richt Is Soliciting Grad Transfer RB's On Twitter

Miami head coach Mark Richt is taking his recruiting efforts to Twitter.

The Miami Hurricanes really need depth at running back for next season. Sure, leading rusher Mark Walton is back, and Travis Homer got some experience last season as a true freshman. But Joseph Yearby left school early and is pursuing a professional career and Gus Edwards is playing out his final season as a grad transfer at Rutgers.

The 'Canes need some more experience in the backfield, and Mark Richt thinks he knows how to find it: by using Twitter.

Richt sent out a tweet about needing a graduate transfer running back this afternoon.

Richt might have done this with a touch of humor, but there is likely some seriousness here. His team recently missed out on Clemson transfer Tyshon Dye and still needs another body to support Walton.

We'll see if Richt's move pays off.
