Ray Lewis' Son, A Former Miami Cornerback, Charged With Criminal Sexual Conduct

The son of former NFL star linebacker Ray Lewis has been charged with criminal sexual conduct, according to multiple reports

Ray Anthony Lewis, the 20-year-old son of the former Baltimore Raven, reportedly "engaged in sexual battery” with 18-year-old woman while she was "mentally incapacitated and/or physically helpless from the use of drugs and/or alcohol." A second woman has made similar accusations, though charges haven't been filed.

He was a three-star recruit in the 2013 class and, like his dad, ended up playing at Miami. The cornerback never saw the field, though, and announced intentions to transfer to Coastal Carolina in 2015.

Lewis has turned himself into police. The alleged incident reportedly took place on Jan. 23

His legal team put out the following statement:

"Ray Lewis III is innocent of all charges and we expect him to be vindicated in this matter.”

Lewis has been suspended indefinitely from the Coastal Carolina football team.
