Bill Belichick's Girlfriend Is Already Turning Heads On UNC's Campus
Bill Belichick is in Chapel Hill, and he's bringing his girlfriend Jordon Hudson with him.
Over the last several months, the relationship between the 72-year-old Belichick and Hudson, a 24-year-old former runner-up for Miss Maine, has been tabloid fodder. It seems like a curious pair, but the two appear to be having a good time together and are committed, at least for now.
Hudson, who had celebrated the news of Belichick's hiring with a hat tip to his famous "We're on to Cincinnati" press conference, is apparently already on the UNC campus.
While her boyfriend was being introduced as the new head coach of the Tar Heels Thursday, Hudson was spotted at what looks like a campus bookstore.
Belichick and Hudson reportedly first met on a flight and have been dating for over a year. The two have been spotted out together several times recently, with some people even speculating that Hudson is dressing the future Pro Football Hall of Famer.
Belichick's successful tenure with the New England Patriots ended after the 2023 season, and he spent the 2024 season away from the sideline working in media. It was widely reported that Belichick was aiming to get back to coaching in 2025, but most people expected he would do so at the NFL level.
However, after speaking with UNC earlier this month, things moved quickly, with the two sides agreeing Wednesday to a five-year contract worth $10 million annually.
It remains to be seen how Belichick will perform at the college level, but he already outlined his vision for his program on "The Pat McAfee Show" this week, two days before he was hired by UNC.
"If--I-F--I was in a college program, the college program would be a pipeline to the NFL for the players that had the ability to play in the NFL," Belichick said. "It would be a professional program--training, nutrition, scheme, coaching, techniques--that would transfer to the NFL. It would be an NFL program at a college level and an education that would get the players ready for their career after football."
