Former North Carolina QB Tweets Warning To Rashad McCants

The former Tar Heels' star has a warning for McCants.

Rashad McCants' relationship with the University of North Carolina has been in a not-so-good place since 2014, when he claimed he took fake classes at the school, something that's been denied by Roy Williams.

The former UNC star guard said recently that his relationship with Williams and the school is pretty much over.

From the Charlotte Observer:

McCants, who played four seasons in the NBA, averaged 17.6 points through his three-year college career and helped lead the Tar Heels to a national championship in 2005. But after his public accusations, the Asheville native said he hasn’t been back to his home state in years and has no connection with the university.

“Right now,” he said, “my name probably is a guy that’s trying to ruin North Carolina.”

So, it should come as no surprise that a lot of people associated with the school don't hold McCants in the best of light.

Among those people: former North Carolina quarterback Marquise Williams.

If Williams wasn't a fan favorite before, he is now.
