Report: Sean Miller "Believe's There's A Chance" He Could Be UNC's Next Coach

Could Sean Miller be the next head coach at North Carolina?

North Carolina head coach Roy Williams likely still has a few years left in Chapel Hill, but it's fair to say that at the age of 66, his career is winding down. Who will replace him? One prominent head coach reportedly thinks he'd be in the running.

Joe Giglio of The News & Observer reports Friday morning that sources tell him Miller thinks there's "a chance" he could be North Carolina's head coach. For context, Giglio also says a source told him Dayton head coach Archie Miller is not interested in the vacant NC State job - and that Sean Miller, his brother, has advised him against it. Check it out:

From a fan perspective Archie Miller at NC State vs. Sean Miller at UNC every year would be great theatre. But we can certainly see why the coaches themselves might not find it so fun.

It was reported earlier in the day by Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports that NC State is meeting with UNC-Wilmington's Kevin Keatts. We'll keep you updated.
