One of the nation’s top college basketball programs is in danger of losing its fourth game of the season.
No. 12 North Carolina entered its contest against Louisville with a 12-3 record, though finds itself in a dogfight after the first half.
After 20 minutes, Louisville holds a nine-point lead, but led by as much as 15 points several times throughout the first half.
North Carolina entered the game as an 11.5-point favorite, but the Tar Heels are in serious danger of losing a pivotal conference game.
At the half, Louisville holds a 43-34 lead.

North Carolina struggled from the field in the first half, shooting just 35-percent and an awful 14-percent from three-point range. The Tar Heels have also been outworked on the boards so far, with Louisville holding a 22-16 edge on the glass.
Luke Maye leads the Tar Heels in points, rebounds and assists so far in the first half, but North Carolina needs someone else to step up.
