UNC's Kennedy Meeks Blasts Reporters Who Think He Shouldn't Start For Tar Heels

North Carolina junior forward Kennedy Meeks, who has started 18 games for the Tar Heels this season, appears to be a bit frustrated with the media this Tuesday morning. Meeks, who helped lead UNC to a 75-70 victory over Syracuse Monday night, took to Twitter to rant about media members who think fellow junior Isaiah Hicks should start in his place. ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Williams seemed to be campaigning for such a move during the game.

Meeks clarified, however, that if Hicks were to get the nod, he'd be fully supportive.

Is there a controversy brewing in Chapel Hill? Or will this be the end we hear of the Meeks/Hicks debate?
