Former Alabama basketball player Trevor Lacey is on campus at Pitt today, presumably looking at the school as a potential transfer spot. Lacey has apparently narrowed his decision down to Pitt, Miami, North Carolina, and NC State. Lacey, a sophomore, still has two years of eligibility remaining.
Lacey, the only Alabama player to start every contest last season, averaged 11.3 points a game. He declared in late April that he'd be transferring from the university and cited it as "a family decision to pursue other opportunities".
The former 5-star recruit had offers from Kentucky, Kansas, and UConn before deciding to stay in-state and play for the Crimson Tide.
