John Gillion, a 13.2 points per game scorer for Colorado State, has elected to play his final college basketball season elsewhere, and he has narrowed his search down to three schools, all of whom made serious noise last season. Two—Oklahoma and Syracuse—made the Final Four, while the third, Texas A&M, won 28 games and reached the Sweet 16 after winning the SEC regular season.

The six-foot junior started his career at Arkansas-Little Rock, but transferred to Colorado State after one season. He averaged 3.8 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game to go with his scoring ability.
