Former NBA player Etan Thomas, who starred at Syracuse from 1996-2000, is accusing a woman of racism after a train ride he took late last week. Thomas posted a long note to Facebook regarding the incident - and even snapped a picture of the woman in question.
Thomas claims that he "politely' asked the woman if he could take the seat next to her - to which she replied that someone was already sitting there. He says that less than two minutes later, a white man asked the same question - and she obliged. Thomas claims he then called her out on the train.
Here's the entire story - which includes both a Facebook post and a tweet.
