Skip Bayless Somehow Found A Way To Use Virginia's Title To Troll LeBron

Over a year after becoming the first No. 1 seed to lose to a 16-seed, Virginia just took home a national title. That is what most people are focused on, but Skip Bayless isn't most people.

With literally any major sporting event, Bayless will find a way to use the outcome to bash LeBron James. He's done it throughout this NCAA Tournament, and tonight was no different.

As the Virginia Cavaliers were locking up tonight's dramatic overtime win against Texas Tech, Bayless compared it to the title that LeBron James won with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016. That year, James and his home state franchise beat the Golden State Warriors in seven games.

The title was aided thanks to a one-game suspension to Draymond Green, which is definitely part of the narrative, but most still give James some credit for winning a title against one of the NBA's most impressive dynasties.

Not Bayless, though.

At the end of Virginia's national championship win, Skip Bayless trolled LeBron James over Draymond Green's suspension in the 2016 NBA Finals.

No, I'm not kidding. From Twitter:

At a certain point you almost have to respect the ridiculous mental contortionist routine that Bayless goes to in his unending campaign to bash LeBron.

Most of us wouldn't be creative enough to come up with this.
