AP Voter Jon Wilner Leaves Baylor Out Of His Top 25

Each voter in the AP Poll has different standards for rankings teams and weighs factors in in various ways. While Baylor's loss to Oklahoma certainly hurt them in the eyes of most voters—the Bears fell from No. 4 to 10 in this week's poll—one writer doesn't think they deserve to be in the Top 25 at all. Mercury News sports writer Jon Wilner left Baylor off his ballot, and defended the move on Twitter.

Of course, Wilner ranks UNC, which lacks a real marquee win and has a loss to a bad South Carolina team, 15th. He also has a 7-3 Air Force team, which does not have a win over a team with a winning record, much less a power five program, ranked 25th. We're going to go ahead and say one-loss Baylor probably deserves to be ranked ahead of the Falcons.
